PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability:
Pakistan (Local Stock): 3-7 business days Pakistan (Selected Items): 10-20 business days International Orders (EU/UK/US): 10-20 business days Other International Destinations: 20-35 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING COSTS
For most orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
For selected items, shipping costs are already included in the product price and will be clearly indicated on the product page.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are determined by your local customs authority.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@avenueshop.co with your order number and tracking information. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
