Thank you for choosing Avenue. We are committed to delivering your premium leather goods safely and efficiently.
SHIPPING ZONES
Shipping availability:
Destination availability varies by product and dispatch location. Available delivery options and applicable shipping charges for the products in your cart are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Some products ship domestically within Pakistan, while others ship from an international partner warehouse. A Pakistan delivery address does not necessarily mean domestic dispatch.
If your destination is not listed, no shipping option appears, or checkout says shipping is unavailable for a product, please check that your delivery address is complete and correct. If the issue remains, contact info@avenueshop.co with the product name or link, quantity and delivery country, city and postal code. We will check whether shipping can be arranged and confirm the available option, cost and estimated delivery time before you order. A missing shipping option does not mean shipping is free.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before dispatch. Processing time may vary by product and dispatch location and is separate from shipping transit time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery estimates depend on the product, dispatch location, delivery address and shipping service. Transit time starts after dispatch; total delivery time includes both processing and transit. Estimates stated in business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Calendar-day estimates include weekends.
Domestic dispatch within Pakistan: Products dispatched from within Pakistan for delivery within Pakistan follow their applicable domestic delivery estimate.
Dispatch from an international warehouse: Products dispatched from our international partner warehouse follow their applicable international delivery estimate, including when the delivery address is in Pakistan. Domestic delivery estimates do not apply to these shipments.
Refer to the delivery estimate provided for your product and destination. If no estimate is provided, contact info@avenueshop.co before ordering. Delivery windows may differ between products and routes.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING COSTS
Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Review the shipping charge and order total before placing your order.
Shipping charges vary by product, quantity, destination and available shipping option. Domestic and international-warehouse shipments may have different rates.
For orders containing multiple products or quantities, review the total shipping charge shown at checkout before placing your order.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may still apply.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are determined by your local customs authority.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing an order.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@avenueshop.co with your order number and tracking information. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
